With more than two decades of communications and marketing experience, Dave is an established expert in his field, delivering masterful vision, insight, and creativity to every project at Arrow.
Prior to launching his own agency, Dave was vice president at TateAustin; previously, he worked with Temerlin McClain and Public Strategies, Inc. Dave has produced winning work for many major brands over the years, including Southwest Airlines, AT&T, and H-E-B.
Dave is an often-sought speaker and panelist for industry events nationwide. Closer to home, he is well-known for his community work; Dave currently serves as a board member for the Annette Strauss Institute for Civic Life, ADL Austin, and EO Austin. He is a past board chair of the Texas Lyceum, Mission Capital, and the Austin Library Foundation, and has served on the boards of Leadership Austin and the Texas Book Festival.
Dave earned his M.A. in Communications Studies at the University of North Carolina, and his B.S. in Communications Studies at The University of Texas at Austin.

Ryann is an accomplished branding and public relations professional. Her strategic planning, solid writing skills, and strong media relationships give Arrow clients a valuable advantage, and her attention to detail makes her adept at managing creative and branding projects.
Over the past 14 years with Arrow, Ryann has overseen several branding projects, including the National Medal of Honor Museum, The Driskill and Austin Opera, and led key communications campaigns for clients, like the Central Texas Food Bank’s capital campaign for its new headquarters and the LBJ Presidential Library’s $10-million renovation and three-day Vietnam War Summit, featuring U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
Ryann currently serves on the board of Pop-Up Books. She earned her B.A. in Mass Communication-Public Relations at Texas State University.

Tim is a seasoned brand strategist with particular experience in publishing, nonprofits, and direct-to-consumer businesses. He previously ran an Austin-based media and creative agency, Heart of the Sun, before selling it to The Engine is Red. He’s worked with brands large and small, including Southwest Airlines, Still Austin Whiskey, Yeti, Cuvée Coffee, Lucchese, West Virginia University, ATX TV, the Chamber of Commerce Foundation, and Tecovas.
Before that, Tim spent four years at Texas Monthly Magazine, first as EVP and editor in chief then as chief innovation officer, where he helped the storied publication win a National Magazine Award while also expanding its digital, podcast, event, Hollywood, and festival offerings.
Tim was the vice president of communications and digital strategy at the Texas Exes and served as editor in chief of The Alcalde, which won numerous CASE awards under his leadership. Currently, Tim is on the board of visitors for Plan II, the liberal arts honors program at the University of Texas at Austin, and has taught a seminar on Writing with Style. Tim earned his B.A. from the University of Texas and his M.S.J. from Northwestern University.

Operations Director
Naomi Jacobsen provides Arrow and its clientele with more than 15 years of business administration expertise. She joined Arrow in 2007 and is responsible for preparing financial statements, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and cash flow statements, as well as the coordination of all of benefits, including retirement and health care plans. Previously, Naomi worked at ChoiceNet Communications as manager of business administration.
Naomi has contributed her time and energy to many community causes, including as a participant in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, a volunteer for Central Texas Food Bank, an advocate for women’s healthcare, and as the former Chapter Chair for the National Pancreas Foundation.
Naomi earned her B.S. in Geophysics at The University of Texas at Austin. She also received her Leadership for Managers certification from UT Austin, as well as professional certification as a Human Resource Assistant from Rockhurst University.

With over 20 years of experience as a Visual Creative, Aron is known for his strong conceptual skills, visual branding talents, and expert technical dexterity.
Aron began his career as an independent designer, developing logos, packaging, and advertising for the iconic BMX video magazine Props Visual, Inc., and then serving as an art director and designer for Mutiny Bikes. Aron has been with Arrow for more than 14 years as a Creative Director, Art Director, and Designer, developing visual brand strategies for clients such as Central Texas Food Bank, The Driskill, Extra Yard for Teachers, LBJ Presidential Library, Science Teachers Association of Texas, St. John’s College, Torchy’s Tacos, and UFCU.
Aron earned his B.F.A. in Communication Design at Texas State University.

With more than 18 years of experience, Bart brings to Arrow a solid background in branding and identity design, art direction, and print production.
Bart started his career at Central Austin Management Group, designing for local household brands such as Uchi, Ace Tailors, and The Belmont. From there he transitioned his love for art and design to the nonprofit world and worked in-house for Austin Museum of Art (now, The Contemporary). Prior to joining the Arrow team, he worked at LewisCarnegie, rebranding the Austin Bat Cave and the Delta Zeta national sorority.
Within Austin’s design community Bart serves on the Advisory Committee for AIGA Austin, where he is President Emeritus (2013–15) and Advisory Board for HOPE Campaign

Senior Designer
A designer with a penchant for clear and concise messaging, Pati brings a background in multidisciplinary fine arts and art history to Arrow.
Although she is a native Texan, Pati honed her skills in New York City, where she made her mark helping build brands and enhance communications for various corporate, small business, and nonprofit clients both in-house and as a freelancer. She designed and produced the identity and collateral for the 150th Anniversary celebration of Brooklyn Community Services, one of the oldest social services NGOs in NYC. At Arrow, she has developed visual identities and campaigns for clients such as UFCU, LBJ Presidential Library, AFP Greater Austin Chapter, Texas Apartment Association, and Housing Forward.
On weekends, Pati volunteers in the recording studio of the Texas State Library and Archives Commission’s Talking Book Program, which provides free audio library services to Texans with visual, physical, or reading disabilities.
Pati has a B.A. in Art History and Studio Art from Princeton University and an M.F.A. from Pratt Institute.

Casey joined the Arrow team in 2023, bringing with her five years of experience in communications and public affairs.
A proud New Jersey native, Casey began her career in nearby New York City. She worked as a Press Officer at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and was part of a team that managed external communications on high profile cases, community outreach efforts and the Office’s legislative policy. She moved on to work in public affairs marketing as a Digital Specialist for Unearth Campaigns in Sacramento, CA before making the move to Austin in 2022.
In her time with Arrow, Casey has managed a variety of branding projects, including the LBJ Presidential Library's Liberty & Justice for All Award, Trellis Strategies, and the Texas Water Development Board, and worked on strategic communications projects for clients such as University Federal Credit Union and the Library's Trust. News. Democracy. conference.
Casey is a member of the Austin Young Women’s Alliance and volunteers with the Greater Philadelphia YMCA’s Youth Civic Engagement programs. She earned her B.A. in Journalism and Politics from Ithaca College.

Isaac joined Arrow in 2024, bringing a strong background in communications and a multifaceted skillset.
A native of Lancaster, PA, Isaac began his career as the community manager for Jerusalem Venture Partners in Manhattan, where he helped to facilitate the launch of the JVP Technological Hub. He transitioned to the startup sector as a special projects coordinator for Vantage Ventures in Morgantown, West Virginia, launching the accelerator's DEI initiatives and thought leadership series.
Before joining Arrow, Isaac worked at the Spence Agency as a Junior Strategist, working with clients such as the Adventist Healthcare System, the Illinois Institute of Technology, and the American Institute of Architects.
Isaac holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from West Virginia University.
